13 .作为上述第9条的补充，持票人不得参与任何形式的“搭便车式营销”活动搭便车式营销指与赛事没有任何正式关系或关联的一方对于该赛事广告价值的利用活动，且不得损害或侵犯任何赞助商供应商转播人或其他同赛事或赛区有商业关联的各方的权利，亦不得进行任何未经准许的推广活动或其他商业活动。
